This solution is designed for automotive robot automatic painting production lines. After the vehicle body is painted and quickly dried, it replaces manual film thickness measurement instruments by using a robot equipped with a standard high-precision laser measurement head for automatic measurement. It automatically records all data and analyzes whether the film thickness data meets quality standards. The system uses imported German film thickness inspection hardware, integrated with self-developed software Paint Checker for use with the film thickness inspection robot. It reads and analyzes measurement files generated by the measurement equipment in real-time and records them to a database for storage. This solution has been adopted by customers such as FAW-Volkswagen Automobile.
